Is the work tiring?
Physical work is necessary in steel and metal construction, but this work can be managed very well at DHM-Stahl with modern machines and tools.
I have only had unskilled jobs so far, should I apply?
Absolutely yes. We look forward to receiving your application if you want to fully contribute your skills. We promise you the best possible training and further training and qualification. Because you have to have the metal know-how.
I don't speak German well, is that a problem?
Not with us, we are a team from different nations, speak Russian, Polish, Bulgarian and Romanian in addition to English. If that's not enough, we also talk with hands and feet.
As a woman, will I be accepted in the apprenticeship?
Gender doesn't matter to us. We know from experience that women perform the same and better than men.
Which training courses does DHM offer?
Office clerk, metal worker - specializing in construction technology and training as a CAD designer - specializing in technical product design.
What are the application deadlines?
We have no application deadlines. Depending on the situation, we start our mutual togetherness.

How does the job after an apprenticeship look like?
After the training, we look forward to continuing to employ you and also offer further training opportunities such as technician, master craftsman or dual studies.
